十全粗粒味噌 Shih Chuan Miso—1大匙
清酒 Sake-1大匙

馬鈴薯 Potato—1個
紅蘿蔔 Carrot—30g
洋蔥 Onion-1/2個
蒟蒻片 Konjac—1/2片
四季豆 Green beans—5~6支
鹽巴 Salt—少許

高湯 Dashi —500cc
清酒 Sake-2大匙
砂糖 Sugar-1/2小匙
